Auto Reply - Set Auto Reply / Vacation reply for your Mutant Mail associated Email address

This article guides you through the steps of how to set Auto Reply / Vacation reply for your Mutant Mail associated Email address.

Enable the feature in your settings

To enable this feature for your email id, you need to enable it at your account level first.

Choose the settings option from the sidebar/top menu in Mutant Mail dashboard.

Search for setting related to "Vacation Mode".

Choose Yes from the drop-down option.

Save it using the button.

Set an Email for Vacation Mode

Go to "Email IDs" tab in Mutant Mail dashboard.

Click the more option next to email address you want to set Vacation mode / auto reply on.

Choose Vacation mode option and type in the auto reply email.

Save it.

Note : Signature (if used on email) will automatically apply to Vacation reply.

Auto reply emails are not sent, if incoming email is part of communication/ongoing thread.

Disable anytime by deleting the Vacation Email content or turn off in settings.
